We accept refund or exchanges for defective product or if the incorrect item was shipped to. To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within 15 days of receiving the order. If the product defect/damage has been proven we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
