We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC and U.S. P.O. Boxes. We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). IMPORTANT NOTICE: We want to keep you updated on all the latest measures we have taken as a response to the COVID-19. It’s business as usual but as we are working in accordance with health guidelines, delivery times may be a bit longer than normal. We are working hard to deliver you order as soon as possible, while caring for the health and safety of our team members. In times of high volume (such as: during promotions, limited releases, Black Friday, etc.) shipping may be delayed. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a second email, a shipping confirmation email, that contains your shipment's tracking number. Orders are delivered by U.S. Postal Service (USPS). USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

All sales are final. We stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at customers@textiss.com. We accept refund or exchanges for defective product or if the incorrect item was shipped to. To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within 15 days of receiving the order. If the product defect/damage has been proven we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
